Princeton women who sold crepes at farmers’ markets to open cafe on Nassau Street

Two women plus two griddles plus two farmers’ markets plus a whole bunch of tasty, imaginative, locally grown sweet or savory ingredients equal a recipe for a new downtown cafe coming to 20 Nassau St. in Princeton by summer.
